Sangiovese di Toscana, Rosè IGT Toscana

The color is typical of each vintage because it depends on the maceration time of the free-run must on the pomace and the amount of bloodletting used to continue the white vinifications. 

A cold fermentation allows the aromas and flavours of the berries selected for this cuvée to be maintained. 

Fresh and well balanced with a plae salmon-pink color. 

A full-bodied rosé that expresses itself with intense aromas of red fruits and great minerality. 

A pleasant and thirst-quencing taste that satisfies every palate. Excellent to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with white meats, fish or cheeses.

Fermentation Alcoholic fermentation with skins for a limited time of a few hours to obtain the desired color, aromas and intensity. 
Aging Temperature controlled steel vats. Bottled in April of the year following the harvest.
