Denomination: Sangiovese IGT Toscana

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese

Soil: Deep, highly evolved with a clay texture with a mixed limestone and arenaceous skeleton.

Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation for 7 to 8 days and post fermentation maceration for about 3 weeks in two temperature-controlled steel vats

Maturation: The product remains in the steel vats for about 1 year, protected by nitrogen to maintain the fruity notes and promote natural tartaric stabilization

Aging: In small French oak barriques for a 2 years and for a further 1 year in the bottle before to be released.

Organoleptic Examination: Equilibrated, ruby red colour.
A meditative wine with intense aromas of red fruits that intertwine with complex and varied wood notes. Delicate tannins, extremely pleasant.

Food Parings: excellent to enjoy with meat dishes or even chocolate-based desserts.
